1. Service Description

Meta Squad AI provides AI-powered voice and chat agents for business operations. Services include inbound and outbound voice automation, chat messaging, and related consulting services. Implementation is handled by our team (done-for-you setup).

2. Account & Registration

You must be 18+ to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Billing & Pricing

Monthly billing. You are charged a base fee plus usage-based charges for voice minutes and chat messages.
Pricing includes a base monthly fee for included usage plus overage charges for additional volume.
All prices displayed are in your local currency based on your region.
We accept all major payment methods. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
One-time service fees (discovery, implementation) are billed upon completion.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Service continues through the end of your current billing period.

You retain access to your account through the end of the paid period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscription fees. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund your subscription fees.

Note: Refunds include subscription base fees only. Usage-based charges and one-time service fees are not refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse callers, message recipients, or our team
Engage in illegal activity or fraudulent schemes
Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
Violate telemarketing laws, TCPA, or other applicable regulations
Reverse-engineer, hack, or attack our infrastructure
Resell our service without authorization

6. Usage Measurement

Voice usage is measured in connected minutes from the time a call connects until it ends. Chat usage is measured by messages sent and received. Detailed usage is available in your account dashboard.

7. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of outbound automation complies with applicable laws including but not limited to TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), PECR (UK), and GDPR (EU). We provide tools and guidelines to help maintain compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meta Squad AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes. We'll notify you of major changes via email.
